I am giving you the most awaited ICE CREAM SANDWICH version(ANDROID 4.0.4) for our LG optimus one
This is cyanogenmod 9 compiled from source I have tested this ROM and its good.

main feature is that Camera works :D (I didn't say camcorder) and its Battery friendly
I haven't tested it fully so report if you find bugs

HOW TO FLASH:
Flash it like any other ROM
Step 1: Wipe ALL data / factory reset + Format system + wipe dalvik-cache + wipe battery stats
Step 2: Flash ROM -> Reboot->recovery
Step 3: Flash GAPPS
Step 3: Reboot
Step 4: Wait patiently
Step 5: Enjoy!!!

I am not able to get the ringer tone while there is an incoming call on my phone. I have upgraded from Gingerbread 2.3.3 to 4.0.4 recently

wiping data is factory resetting, to do that reeboot into recovery and wipe data
